PROPERTY QUIET HOURS

Quiet Hours - Every Day 10:00PM - 8:00AM

 

Please be mindful of noise at all hours.   If your apartment is on a second floor, please be mindful of the noise traveling to your neighbor below.  A reasonable amount of sound is expected living in an apartment community, excessive noise will not be tolerated. 

 

During hours of 10pm to 8am there shall be no excessive, unnecessary, or unreasonable noise that may cause disturbance to other residents or the property including but not limited to:

 

  • Continuous yelling

  • Loud music or television

  • Noise from pets (barking dogs, for example)

  • Noise from parties 

  • Heavy walking, stomping or running

  • Children crying, playing, or yelling

POOL RULES

The pool area is a popular community facility at many of the managed communities. The following considerations help keep these areas clean and enjoyable for us all.

 

A maximum of two (2) guests per apartment is allowed and all guests must be accompanied by the Resident at all times.

  • Pool hours are 8AM - 10PM

  • No lifeguard is provided. All persons swim at their own risk!

  • No Diving.

  • Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a parent or adult at all times while at the pool.

  • Please wear appropriate swimwear in the pool. No cut offs or thongs allowed.

  • No Loud Music. Residents are allowed to play music as long as it is not disturbing the surrounding apartments and the other residents at the pool

  • NO GLASS ALLOWED.  Glass is a safety hazard. Please use only plastic or disposable containers in the pool area.

  • Suntan oils cause a major maintenance problem for pool equipment. Please lather lightly and rinse off before swimming.

  • Health regulations prohibit pets in or around the pool area.

  • Common courtesy dictates that profanity, horseplay, running around the pool deck, bicycle riding, skating, riding toys, or harassment of swimmers is strictly prohibited.

  • For everyone’s protection, please refrain from using the pool if you have a heath condition, particularly conditions involving broken or abraded skin, cuts, eye disease, nasal or ear discharge or communicable diseases.

  • Owner(s) and management are not responsible for loss, damage, or injury.

  • Management reserves the right to deny pool privileges to anyone at any time.

  • A REMINDER: ROPES AND LIFE RINGS ARE SAFETY EQUIPMENT, NOT TOYS.  DO NOT PLAY WITH THEM!

EXTERIOR DECOR & WINDOWS 

Residents are permitted up to 2 approved decorative/personal items to be outside near resident’s apartment door.  Management has the right to require resident to remove any or all items at anytime from common areas or any items visible to public and common areas.  Items may not block the walk way or protrude more than 12" from the wall.   

 

Signage or flags (of any type) are not permitted to be visible to the public or any common areas.

To maintain the ongoing attractive appearance of our community, only the use of traditional curtains or shades over windows, visible from the outside or common areas, will be permitted. No sheets, blankets, foil, cardboard, flags, signage of any type or any other unapproved material/items may be displayed or visible from the outside of the apartment.
